Cancellations & Exchanges
- Any product may be exchanged within 5 days from date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unused, and is returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid invoice. Exchanges will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.
- If you wish to exchange something that you purchased, you can do so in one of the following ways:
- Return the selected item at our store, together with your invoice.
- Contact us by phone or email. Once we have approved the exchange request, we will get in touch with you to arrange collection.
We can only process exchanges once we have confirmed that the goods are in the original condition as mentioned above.
- If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated the product condition, we can arrange to deliver the correct product to you (assuming it is available).
